Planning shirts for a family reunion, business, school, church, staff team, organization, memorial, birthday, trip, or special event? Start your group order here.

This $25 design and order setup deposit reserves your project and is credited toward your final group-order balance. The deposit covers consultation, basic artwork setup, pricing preparation, and one digital proof.

Minimum group order: 6 shirts with the same primary design.

Recommended one-sided group pricing:

  • 6–11 shirts: $23 each for S–XL; $26 each for 2XL–3XL
  • 12–24 shirts: $21 each for S–XL; $24 each for 2XL–3XL
  • 25–49 shirts: $19 each for S–XL; $22 each for 2XL–3XL
  • 50 or more shirts: Custom quote

Additional options:

  • Front-and-back printing: Add $7 per shirt
  • Individual names or numbers: Add $5 per shirt
  • Extensive design work, specialty garments, rush production, shipping, and delivery are quoted separately

How the process works:

  1. Purchase the $25 group-order deposit.
  2. Email your order number, event details, artwork, estimated quantity, shirt colors, size breakdown, printing placement, and needed-by date to latinareneecreations@gmail.com.
  3. Latina Renee Creations will confirm availability and provide your final written quote.
  4. You will receive a digital proof for approval.
  5. The remaining balance must be paid before production begins unless other arrangements are approved in writing.

Important:

  • Submitting a deposit does not guarantee acceptance of a rush deadline or unavailable garment color.
  • Do not submit the deposit until you are prepared to provide your group-order information.
  • Customers are responsible for permission to use submitted photographs, logos, characters, trademarks, and other protected artwork.
  • The $25 deposit is nonrefundable once consultation, quote preparation, or design work has begun.
  • If Latina Renee Creations cannot accept the project, the deposit will be refunded.
